Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Resolving assigned complaints related to Cash Management Systems (CSMs) and ATMs within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Installing ATMs and CSMs at various locations.
- Executing precise troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing root cause analysis for assigned tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Preparing analytical reports and documentation for the line manager.
