IES works in close association with end-users to thoroughly analyze the need and assist them to achieve their goals through process automation and innovative practices of Technologist providers. IES has in-house experience and expertise to address challenges related to I&C in Hi-Tech industries and provide innovative solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Sales Engineer located in Lahore. The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new customers through consultative selling, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions. The Electrical Sales Engineer will also be responsible for conducting site surveys and developing proposals, as well as supporting the project team during the execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in a technical field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industrial automation technology and solutions, as well as electrical systems and components.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and solution selling.
- Proactive approach to sales and business development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
