Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a qualified Electrical Team Lead to manage maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation equipment. This critical position is essential for ensuring the reliability and availability of our plant’s operations.
Key responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, implementing master schedules, defining standard operating procedures for calibration and safety, and overseeing critical spare parts management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, uphold AIB standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives among technicians.
Qualifications for this role include a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, relevant experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, strong computer skills, and excellent writing proficiency.
