Job Description
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in authoring various Technical Publications and Manuals, including Operations and Maintenance Manuals for Electronics equipment.
- Excellent expertise in CAD and a proven ability to meticulously review, correct, and update detailed technical documentation in alignment with project and program objectives.
- Excellent in reviewing and enhancement of technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborative engagement with multidisciplinary engineering teams and effective coordination with OEMs.
- Ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of IPS/ ILS deliverables in accordance with predetermined timelines/ milestones.
- Managing the schedule of IPS/ ILS events and milestones while coordinating logistical matters.
- Facilitation of the inclusion of engineering information in technical manuals achieved through the execution of comprehensive research.
- Providing support to the IPS/ ILS engineering team in conducting spares analysis and preparing provisioning documents.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from a reputable university.
- Additional qualification of Master’s degree in related Engineering disciplines would be preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering operations/ consultations department.
- Strong technical knowledge for the development of technical documentation, including Operation, Maintenance, and Parts List Manuals.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex technical engineering information sourced from drawings and manuals.
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing, preferably within an engineering discipline, and the ability to oversee the technical documentation life cycle.
- Understanding of Integrated Product/ Logistics Support (IPS/ ILS) and Systems Engineering concepts for engineering product(s) life cycle.
- Ability to conduct some initial IPS/ ILS and LSA activities.
- Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and a high level of reasoning ability.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
