Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is actively seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Eligibility Specialist to enhance our revenue cycle team. This vital position focuses on accurate insurance verification and benefits coordination, significantly decreasing claim denials and improving the patient experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough insurance coverage verification and maintain precise documentation.
- Calculate estimated out-of-pocket expenses for patients.
- Obtain necessary authorizations for procedures while ensuring compliance with Medicaid billing regulations.
