Job Description
Baron Tech (Pvt) Limited is searching for a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing impactful email marketing initiatives tailored to our target audience. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, analytics, and customer segmentation, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align our email strategies with overarching marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
- Develop compelling and creative email content in alignment with Baron Tech’s brand messaging and objectives.
- Leverage customer segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized email campaigns.
- Continuously refine targeting strategies based on campaign performance and audience insights.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports on email campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate email marketing data into broader marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
