Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing data, developing communication strategies, generating leads, and implementing marketing automation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in Email Marketing and also Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Automation, and Email Marketing Software.
- Exposure to business development strategies like freelance platforms, sales calls, social media lead generation, etc will be a plus.
- Proven experience in lead generation and crafting impactful email marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in crafting compelling message templates for better responses in EM Campaigns.
- Prospect and identify potential new clients, converting leads into increased business opportunities.
- Must have knowledge of eCommerce and tech industries like Web, App, SaaS, ERP, CRM, etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
- Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Must be able to identify key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI & optimize the strategy accordingly.
Salary Range: 50-90K + commission per project
