Location: Johar-town G4, Lahore

Employment Type: Full time (Onsite)

Timings: 12pm-9pm

Responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Planning campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Designing and creating effective email campaigns using email marketing tools.
• Crafting compelling and visually appealing content for Lead Generation and promotional emails.
• Implementing audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized content.
• Ensuring emails are sent to the right audience segments based on demographics and behavior.
• Implementing marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Setting up automated responses and triggered emails based on user actions.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for email campaigns.
• Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and recommending improvements.
• Implementing personalization strategies to make emails more relevant and engaging.
• Using customer data to customize content and improve user experience.
• Collaborating with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful emails.
• Ensuring brand consistency in all email communications.
• Design and manage marketing funnels to guide prospects through the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Implement strategies to optimize each stage of the funnel, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of Experience in B2B Industry Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Lemlist, Buffer, Jasper.ai).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
