Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Proven track record of creating and optimizing email automation.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and email performance analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Experience with eCommerce and retail email marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Design and implement email automation, including various customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Segment email lists and create targeted campaigns for better engagement and deliverability.
- Analyze campaign performance to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email content with broader strategies.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends and tools.
- Conduct A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
- Ensure email compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.
