Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Email Marketing Specialist for our IT Services and Staff Augmentation business.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data scraping tools and techniques to gather relevant information from various online sources and databases.
- Manage end-to-end email marketing process, including list segmentation, campaign creation, scheduling, testing, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation/email marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ Years or above experience in a similar role in IT Services, Recruitment, staff augmentation, Marketing, or a related industry.
- Understanding email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Appolo.io, MailChimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, and/or others).
- Strong skills in DNS configuration/email deliverability and spam issues (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX) on the platform (CRM) you use for email marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
