Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Email and SMS Marketing Expert with 05+ years of experience to join our marketing team at Suave Solutions. This position will be responsible for developing and executing Email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, a proven track record of executing successful campaigns, and experience with marketing automation and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and objectives
- Create marketing strategies using customer segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Manage campaigns end to end – email design, content development, audience targeting, testing, deployment, and reporting
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and other tactics
- Coordinate campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as social media and content marketing
- Stay up-to-date with Email and SMS marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing
- Experience working with US audience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Expertise in Email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Proficiency in email marketing software platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and report on campaign performance
- Familiarity with Email and SMS marketing design and development best practices, including HTML and CSS
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
Timings: 12PM to 9PM
