Job Description
As an Employee Relations Manager at Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd., you will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships between the company and its employees. Responsibilities include addressing workplace issues, launching employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
You will serve as the main HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, investigating complaints, and making disciplinary decisions when needed. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are a must, along with HR management experience and knowledge of labor regulations.
