Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Employee Service Executive (ESE) at People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd). As an ESE, your responsibilities will include coordinating and informing selected candidates about required documentation, maintaining attendance records, managing leaves, ensuring timely completion of EMF gratuity DSR, and entering data of newly hired staff in People-i.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in BBA/ MBA in HRM
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Advance Office
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
