Job Description
Position: Employer Branding Associate

Event Planning & Execution:
- Assist in branding events, activities, and celebrations
- Coordinate logistics for events
- Collaborate with teams and vendors
Project Management:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress and provide updates
Communication & Coordination:
- Be the main contact for event inquiries
- Communicate effectively with teams
Logistical & Administrative Requirements:
- Conduct research on event needs
- Manage administrative tasks
Market Research:
- Perform market research on event options
- Evaluate vendors and suppliers
Brand Representation:
- Ensure events align with company values
- Represent the company professionally
Post-Event Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations
- Compile reports on event outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience in event planning or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
