Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employer Operator at Tranfopower Industries located in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Employer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production process, ensuring that production targets are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring the equipment is appropriately maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner, and that all safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred
- Experience operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
