Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Engineer I to join our Service Desk team. As an Engineer I, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in IT support and a solid understanding of various hardware and software systems. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
