Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred; B.Tech (Hons) is acceptable.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Nazimabad, Karachi.
Job Type: Full-time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to Cash Services Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within specified turnaround times.
- Install and configure ATMs and CSMs efficiently.
- Apply effective troubleshooting methodologies.
- Provide comprehensive root cause analysis for assigned issues.
- Prepare and submit analytical reports and documentation to the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance (PM) for UPS, ATM, and G&D systems.
