Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Trainee located in Lahore. The trainee will be responsible for collaborating with senior engineers to design, develop, and improve products, systems, and equipment. They will also assist with testing and analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions. Additionally, the Engineering Trainee will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of engineering principles and their applications in practice
- Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on technical writing and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation is a plus
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methods is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
