Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Engineering to lead our engineering team. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of our solar energy projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of solar energy projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices, standards, and processes.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and safety within the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics); Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
