Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other key stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include leading and coaching the engineering team, defining and implementing engineering processes, managing project timelines, and making strategic decisions to drive the team’s success. Requirements:
