Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Trainee at Gadoon Power Plant in Swabi. The Engineering Trainee will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to plant operations, maintenance, and project management. They will work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on experience in the power generation industry.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Power Plant Operations knowledge
- Basic concept of plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s (4 years) degree in Engineering or Technology field
- Internship or work experience in a power plant is a plus
