Job Description

Insight Customer Call Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer experiences, efficiently resolve issues, and promote products/services via phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide product/service information and answer questions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
