Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Call Centre Representative at Esquare Global Partners in Karachi. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in the English language
- Experience in call centre or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Salary: 45,00 Basic + 1500 (performance Based Incentives)
