Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Language Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of English language fundamentals. This role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons to students of varying proficiency levels, fostering a supportive learning environment, and evaluating student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and cater to students’ individual learning needs.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to engage students in meaningful language practice.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching and integrate new methodologies into instruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
