Salary: 200PKR + commission + Bonus

1. Proficient in English: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with clear pronunciation and grammar.

4. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred, with a track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving issues effectively.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze customer inquiries or complaints, identify root causes, and offer prompt and accurate solutions while adhering to company policies.
6. Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as navigating computer systems, documenting customer interactions, and addressing inquiries promptly.
7. Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and call center equipment to facilitate customer interactions and data entry.
