Salary: 200PKR + commission + Bonus

- Proficient in English: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with clear pronunciation and grammar.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, conveying empathy, patience, and understanding.
- Active Listening: Ability to attentively listen to customers, comprehend their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred, with a track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving issues effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze customer inquiries or complaints, identify root causes, and offer prompt and accurate solutions while adhering to company policies.
- Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as navigating computer systems, documenting customer interactions, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and call center equipment to facilitate customer interactions and data entry.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changes in procedures or protocols, and accommodate varying customer needs or demands.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with team members, share knowledge and resources, and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
