Job Description
Provoxxio Private Limited is seeking English Speaking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for remote night-shift positions. If you are passionate about customer support and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support via phone and systems.
- Make outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Accurately handle cash transactions.
- Efficiently perform data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams.
Qualifications: Fluent in English, strong communication skills, and experience in outbound calling is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract | Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month | Work Location: Remote
