Job Description
Position: Equipment Instructor/Operator
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Baluchistan
Qualification:
- Current HTV class Drivers License.
- Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
Experience:
5+ years proven experience in proficient operation of various mobile equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Dump Trucks etc.), preferably in the mining industry.
Requirement:
- Valid 3rd party qualifications for various heavy construction / mining equipment.
- Knowledge, understanding and awareness of:
- Mining Safety and Health Act and regulations.
- Strong and well-developed communications skills and ability to converse at Supervisor level with ease.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Proactively promote and enforce high safety standards, conduct and assess site-specific training, identify and address risks, and ensure compliance with RDMC standards and legislative requirements, while maintaining operational proficiency and supporting safety and supervisory teams.
