Job Description
ABOUT COMPANY: Steps Ahead Pakistan is a Pakistani family-owned business based in Karachi, known as one of the largest tea brands in the country. They provide consumers with a unique tea flavor by blending premium leaves sourced from select gardens worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive at the location 15 minutes before Day & Night Shift
- Manage worker shifts
- Prepare reports using SAP system
- Handle attendance, absent and late comer reports
- Hire workers as needed
- Manage worker documentation and uniforms
- Conduct routine plant inspections
- Prepare Payroll, EOBI, SESSI, and Education records
- Coordinate with government departments
- Monitor worker transportation and meals
- Assist in obtaining company certifications
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate
- Experience: 4 to 5 years
- Preference: Excel / ERP knowledge
