Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated ERP Functional Executive to join our team at Salman & Raheel Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our ERP systems. They will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, improve productivity, and ensure seamless integration across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support for the ERP system.
- Configure and maintain modules in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Sales.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather business requirements and design ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and provide user support for ERP system operations.
- Assist in data migration and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of ERP processes.
- Stay up to date with ERP trends, updates, and new features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in ERP functional support or implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in process analysis and business workflow understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
