Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Implementation Modules: Assist in the implementation of ERP in-house by actively participating in project tasks and collaborating with the implementation team.
- Data Analysis: Work with the team to gather and analyze data, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements and business processes.
- Documentation: Contribute to the documentation of ERP processes, requirements, and configurations, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
- User Support: Provide support to end-users during the ERP implementation process, addressing inquiries and assisting with problem resolution.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure the functionality, integrity, and performance of ERP system.
- Learn ERP Functionality: Gain a solid understanding of ERP functionalities, modules, and workflows through hands-on experience and training.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand diverse business needs and contribute to the successful delivery of ERP.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
- Interest in ERP: Demonstrated interest in ERP systems and a strong desire to learn about ERP and implementation processes.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and work effectively within a team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with technology and eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn quickly in a fast-paced industry.
- Tech Stack: Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS.
