Job Description
As an ERP Manager – Textile (VB.NET), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system in the textile industry. Your main role will be to ensure the smooth functioning and integration of the ERP system with the overall business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the ERP team in developing, implementing, and maintaining the ERP system.
- Identify and analyze business requirements to customize and configure the ERP system based on the specific needs of the textile industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with other business applications and processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide necessary support to ensure optimal functioning of the ERP system.
- Develop and implement data security measures to safeguard confidential information and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Manager, preferably in the textile industry.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with VB.NET programming language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and coordinate with teams.
