With an emphasis on an intimate understanding of our client’s businesses, we aim to give the most effective implementation recommendations during the planning phase, to streamline and improve business processes.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site ERP Sales Manager for our Middle East Operation. They will be expected to travel back and forth between Pakistan and the Middle East (UAE and KSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and understanding the sales activities of the company, analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing strategies to increase company profits. The role requires liaising with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction, keeping the market position updated in liaison with the Sales Team Leader.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically for ERP software solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering sales targets and opening new markets for business development.
- Familiarity and experience with Odoo ERP or SAP and Oracle is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent leadership qualities
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Fluency in English is a must, alongside proficiency in an additional international language is an added advantage.
