Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team for the Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of the 220kV Jauharabad Grid Station project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in infrastructure projects and at least 5 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for the design, manufacturing, and installation phases.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accurate material and labor cost forecasting.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to develop comprehensive project cost estimates.
- Monitor and update project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Prepare progress reports and assist in bid evaluations and negotiations.
- Prepare material audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
