Job Description
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Review customer artwork and develop quotes
- Communicate with customers regarding changes and updates on quotes
- Prepare quotes in a timely manner using QuickBooks
- Follow up on quotes for outcomes
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Ability to understand customer-provided artwork
- Mechanical aptitude to identify details for product manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great listener and problem solver for customer concerns
- Interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and high energy
- Math proficiency and computer skills with Google Sheets, Flexi, etc.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
