Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of ETP equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Testing and Calibration: Conduct tests to verify the correct installation and operation of all components, and calibrate instruments and control systems.
- Startup and Troubleshooting: Manage the initial startup of the ETP, identify and resolve issues during startup.
- Training and Documentation: Train plant operators and maintenance personnel on ETP operation and maintenance, and prepare detailed commissioning reports.
- Performance Verification: Conduct performance tests to ensure the ETP meets regulatory requirements and design specifications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the ETP operates in compliance with environmental regulations and standards, coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.
- Handover and Support: Hand over the ETP to the client or plant operators after successful commissioning, and provide ongoing technical support.
