Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at SpotOn Activations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company, managing the team and external vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects, and optimizing processes and procedures for maximum efficiency. The candidate will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and manage client expectations.
• Proven experience in operations management or related field.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and strong planning ability.
• Positive attitude and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• Fluent in English and local languages (Urdu, Punjabi) is required.
• Experience of minimum 4 years in marketing, brand management, and event management is preferred.
• Should have a strong hold on costing.
