Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Administrative Assistant/Accountant. As an Executive Administrative Assistant/Accountant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, handling phone etiquette, communications, clerical tasks, maintaining records and files, and performing general office duties. Additionally, you will assist with accounting and financial tasks and maintain financial records.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can demonstrate clerical skills
  • Previous experience in similar roles and the ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred but not required
