An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Executive After Sales & Spare Parts at Al-Futtaim Automotive. As the Executive After Sales & Spare Parts, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support for our products’ spare parts and after-sales services.

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Additionally, you will handle spare parts orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient delivery.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess in-depth knowledge of our products and spare parts. Ideally, you should have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle spare parts orders and coordinate deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of after-sales services and spare parts transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest improvements
