We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO in managing communications and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and phone calls.
- Prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Assist in drafting proposals and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- 1-2 years of executive administrative experience.
- Proficiency in IT and Google Workspace.
- Availability for UK hours (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
