Job Title: Assistant Finance Executive
Job Role: Front Desk Officer (Revenue)
Job Description:
- Cash management including handling cash as top priority.
- Handling payments via cheques and credit/debit-cards, managing until deposit to relevant departments.
- Managing merchants, settlements, etc.
- Thorough understanding of departmental policies.
- Careful management of petty cash, timely processing of bills, invoices, and other documents.
- Maintaining bookkeeping, ledger, and tax compliance.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, or related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
