Job Description
Job Summary: Minerva Research Solutions seeks a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a US-based client. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project execution. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and excellent communicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for the client, manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, assist in report preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams, handle travel arrangements, manage expenses
- Provide administrative support, address ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent time management
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality
