Job Description
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads & scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, maintaining files, and organizing HR events.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Stay informed about HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness in HR processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
