Job Description
Company Description: ISLAMIAT SANNI is a medical practice company located in Karachi.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, creating and managing expense reports, and administrative assistance. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to create and manage expense reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Technical skills- Experience in using office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting is a plus.
