Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Kamayi. The Assistant To Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, offering executive support, and managing communication. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in executive administrative assistance, expense reports, and executive support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
