Job Description
Role Description:
This is a contract Executive Assistant role based in Lahore. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and executive team, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports. The Executive Assistant may also be responsible for handling confidential information, answering calls, and responding to emails on behalf of the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an administrative support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in the construction or marble manufacturing sector is a plus.
