Job Description
Senew is in search of an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role involves providing high-level administrative support, overseeing daily operations, and facilitating effective communication between the CEO and various stakeholders. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with a strong ability to manage confidential information, excel at multitasking, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, addressing confidential matters, and conducting research to support executive decisions.
Requirements: Candidates should possess over three years of relevant experience, preferably hold a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with project management tools.
