Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing expense reports and diary, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support
- Ability to manage expense reports and diary effectively
- Strong administrative assistance skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
