Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role with focus on providing administrative support to the CEO of InterTech Global in Lahore. Responsibilities include managing CEO’s calendar, handling expense reports, diary management, and general administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Support
  • Ability in managing expense reports and diary
  • Strong administrative skills

Additional Qualifications:

  • Organizational and communication proficiency
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
