Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support, including managing the CEO’s diary, preparing expense reports, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO’s office.
Qualifications
- Excellent executive administrative assistance and executive support skills
- Experience in preparing expense reports and managing schedules/diaries
- Strong administrative assistance skills, including organization, planning, and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the mobile marketing or telecom industry is a plus
