Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of proven experience in executive support roles, with the ability to manage complex schedules, streamline tasks, and facilitate communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative services to the CEO.
- Manage scheduling, coordinate communication, handle confidential information, facilitate decision-making processes, and oversee email correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 6-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in IT/Marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Calendly, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,00 to PKR 100,00 per month, with bonuses and paid overtime.
